About Amy:

Amy brings extensive leadership and community experience to her role as Director of Member Services at Taree Old Bar Surf Life Saving Club. With a background spanning over 13 years in Employment Services and 3 years in the Public Service as a project manager, she has led teams across regional NSW and worked on large-scale community development programs with the NSW Government.

A qualified professional with a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources), a Diploma of Project Management, Quality Management Certifications and Training & Assessment accreditations, Amy combines strong governance expertise with a passion for volunteer-driven community organisations.

Since gaining her Bronze Medallion, Amy has been an active patroller and dedicated surf lifesaving volunteer. Serving as Director of Administration in 24/25, moving into Member Services for the 25/26 season, she is committed to building strong governance foundations for the Club, supporting its volunteers and members, and ensuring Taree Old Bar SLSC continues to thrive as both a community hub and a lifesaving service.

Outside of surf lifesaving, Amy is actively involved in regional development initiatives, with a focus on strengthening communities, supporting local businesses, and creating opportunities for future generations. She loves SUP’ing, classic cars and travelling.
