  • 7:00 am Team Managers Meeting (Relay draw)

  • 7:30 am Day 1 start

  • 9:10 am Welcome/Oaths

  • ~4 pm finish.

• Sun 28 Nov

  • 6:30 am Officials’ Briefing

  • 7:30 am Day 2 start

  • ~1 pm finish

  • 2 pm Awards.

How to Participate

• Register your branch (max 2 competitors per gender for team events).

• Compete in individual events (first finisher scores points) and team events (combined placement scores).

• Wear a LiveHeats wristband – mandatory for timing; spare bands billed to the branch.

• Earn points (11 → 1 for individuals; 11‑6 (A‑final) / 5‑1 (B‑final) for relays). Highest total wins; ties broken by most 1st‑place finishes.

• Volunteer as officials or marshals – contact the event coordinator.
